Starting with the top left box, they drew a representational, overall view of the object as accurately as possible. With each the successive session, they made the object more abstract, eliminating the details and emphasizing the forms. The last frame is abstracted to a point that the original object is no longer recognizable.

Progressive Abstraction
Saw these arts on the bulletin board of Providence Day school (a local private school). I found it interesting and I did learn something from it. I Took some pictures to share with everyone.
